Name: Peter “Pepper” Anderson Minthia
Age: 22
-currently lives in the Kingdom of Perovskia with his royal parents, Theodore and Caroline. (The name “Perovskia” is a genus of flowering plants in the mint family, Lamiaceae.)
Why isn’t he called Peter? Why Pepper?: As a child, Pepper’s favorite candy was candy canes and peppermints. He loved them so much that the King started calling him Pepper when he was a baby, and it stuck from then on. Many people wouldn’t know what Pepper’s real name is if he wasn’t royal.
Appearance: Pepper is incredibly tall, around 6’3” in height. He- like the rest of his family- has hair that is stark white. This is both due to heredity in the Minthia family and the type of area the Kingdom itself is situated in. Everyone native to Perovskia has fair skin and light hair. However, Pepper has taken to dying his hair red in places (which make his trademark red streak/patches). He’s also been known to experiment with other colors, but normally his hair is red with the natural white showing through. He has freckles but his parents do not, and he likely gets them from his mother’s side of the family. He has blue eyes and has to wear glasses to read. By and large, Pepper is rather thin but is actually fairly muscular with strong arm strength thanks to years of routine practice with a bow and arrow.
-he has two horses named York and Patty; he loves to ride them a lot and spends a lot of his free time caring for them
-due to having to learn for both tradition and ceremonies, Pepper also knows how to wield a sword. He’s not very good at it though. Prefers bow and arrow.
-he is considerably fast and light on his feet, but somewhat clumsy in small spaces such as hallways or….any place that’s not outside
-he loves ducks
-he has severe claustrophobia and acrophobia
-he is a strong swimmer
-he’s always wanted a pet ferret but knows he’s too busy to properly take care of one
-he’s a great baker, but he can’t really cook very well otherwise. He can still cook SOME things as long as they aren’t remarkably hard, like eggs, soup, grilled cheese, that sort of thing
-suffers from mild hypermobility
-prior to Amelia, he’s never been in a true relationship. He refuses to count his arranged dates by the King. (because boy are they ever arranged)
-his best friend is a fellow Prince named Queso. He’s known him since he was very young and he’s basically like the brother he never had.
